The fabulous newly fitted dining kitchen has a range of high quality gloss units and includes 2 x fridges, a freezer, gas range cooker (8 rings, 2 large ovens and grill), dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster etc., and comes fully equipped with cutlery, utensils, cookware, crockery, glasses and pans, etc.
The front lounge is truly beautiful with large sofas and additional seating for up to 13, an inglenook fireplace and a newly installed log burner stove, with double french windows into the private rear garden. It has a large flatscreen TV, DVD player, HiFi, and bookcase, and is ideal for guests who want to relax in front of a welcoming fire.
There is a suite of rooms comprising one double bedroom with flatscreen TV (and space for a cot/travel cot), which leads into another bedroom comprising a double bed with single bunk over the top. The ensuite is reached through this second bedroom. This suite is ideally suited for a family.
On the first floor is a double ensuite room with its own flatscreen TV (and space for a cot or travel cot).
There is also a further suite of rooms comprising a double bedroom with flatscreen TV, and a further separate bedroom with a set of bunk beds and flatscreen TV. The ensuite for these bedrooms is at the end of the suite of rooms.
All ensuites have wc, wash hand basin, and a walk in shower.
There is a fully enclosed private rear garden with direct from the dining kitchen, or the front lounge. Benefiting from the sun all day long, the garden has a patio area with picnic tables and benches to seat 18, a large enclosed lawn area, with plenty of well established shrubs and flower borders. Of course there is that all important large gas BBQ, and Pizza Oven to enjoy lazy afternoons and wonderful al fresco evenings with family and friends.
Please note: your dog are may have full use of the enclosed rear garden, but are prohibited from the formal front garden areas.
There is ample car parking space, and the self catering accommodation has allotted parking for up to 4 cars (dependant on which self catering property has been booked). There is also the facility to store a boat* or two if required (please indicate at booking if you wish to store a boat during your stay).
All electricity and gas (subject to fair use policy), bedding, pillows, duvets and sheets are included in the price.
Please Note: the Accommodation is strictly No Smoking (includes E-Cigarettes). Only one small well behaved dog accepted.
